OUR STORY

When I left school at 16 years old, I started in a butchers in Liskeard very early morning making sausages and learning all aspects of the job. I was lucky enough to be approached about a job at Congdons of Tideford to work for Terry Congdon as I did for many years, with true great butchers Adrian Harris & Len Rodgers. in 1998 Terry Condon sold this fantastic butchers to Phillip Warren of Launceston who brought new ideas into this shop. Then in 2001 I was asked if I wanted to become a partner in this shop obviously, I jumped at the chance of having my foot in the door at being a business owner especially with a business I care so much about! Then in 2004 Mr & Mrs Warren asked me if I wanted to buy the remaining part of the business so I did and renamed it PAUL BRAY & SON in hope my son would join me which he did in 2006. we now have a fantastic team of which is Paul LeCount, Trevor Bailey , Louise LeCount , 

My Son Simon & Myself, I'm very lucky to have staff who care about the standard and quality of meat and the service we provide! to ensure every customer is truly satisfied.
